Are you an experienced CNC Operative looking to join a growing manufacturing business with excellent long term prospects?
We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operative to join a busy production team. This is a hands-on role working within a modern manufacturing environment, operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have previous CNC experience, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern, alternating between early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to produce components to specification
Set up machinery accurately using technical drawings and CAD files
Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate with team members to optimise efficiency and workflow
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Identify and report any machinery issues or process improvements
Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
Experience operating CNC Punch and Press Brake machines
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of complex machinery
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and safety conscious
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Knowledge of CAD or CNC programming
