We’re looking for a HR Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

As a Human Resources Manager at KP Snacks, you will play a key role in shaping high-performing, inclusive teams across our Corporate and Commercial functions. You will partner closely with leaders to deliver people plans that drive business performance, strengthen organisational capability and create a positive colleague experience.

This is a varied and impactful role where you will act as a trusted partner, offering expert guidance on people matters, coaching leaders and leading key initiatives across the colleague lifecycle. From employee relations and organisational change to engagement and talent development, you will help create an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to thrive.

You will also work collaboratively with Centres of Expertise to deliver joined-up HR solutions, ensuring our People & Culture strategy is translated into practical, meaningful actions that make a difference.

What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

Competitive annual salary, bonus opportunity (target 5%), plus KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions

25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service

Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme

Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel

KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support

Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

What will you be doing?

Partner with leaders to drive performance and engagement
Build strong relationships across Corporate and Commercial teams, shaping and delivering people plans that support business goals and improve organisational effectiveness

Provide expert HR advice and coaching
Guide and support line managers on employee relations, performance, organisational change and leadership capability, building confidence and enabling early, effective resolution

Lead employee relations activity
Manage complex cases with a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach while using data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

Drive talent and capability development
Support performance and talent processes, identify capability gaps and work with leaders to strengthen skills, behaviours and team effectiveness

Enhance culture, engagement and continuous improvement
Lead engagement initiatives, embed KP Snacks values and behaviours, and drive HR projects that improve processes, ways of working and colleague experience

Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

We’re committed to inclusion
We’re building a workplace where everyone belongs. If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you – your unique perspective could be just what we need. And if there’s anything we can do to make the process easier for you, just let us know.

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

Strong HR generalist experience
Proven experience ideally in a corporate or commercial environment, with the ability to balance people needs and business priorities

Expertise in employee relations and coaching
Confidence managing complex people matters and coaching leaders to build capability and accountability

A data-led and commercial mindset
Ability to analyse people data, identify trends and translate insights into practical actions that drive performance

Experience of change and transformation
Track record of supporting organisational change and embedding new ways of working effectively

Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence
Ability to build trusted relationships and work across HR and the wider business to deliver joined-up solutions
