The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll manage an education recruitment desk, working closely with schools and education professionals to coordinate staffing solutions across daily supply, long-term, and permanent positions.

You'll build trusted partnerships with schools, support candidates throughout their career journey, and play a key role in ensuring pupils have access to high-quality education professionals.

Responsibilities

Managing and growing a portfolio of school partnerships
Building strong relationships with teachers, support staff, and school leaders
Coordinating daily, short-term, long-term, and permanent placements
Identifying and attracting high-quality education professionals
Managing interviews, feedback, and job offers
Supporting schools with their recruitment needs
Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships
Delivering exceptional service to both schools and candidates
