The company currently have social housing and public sector refurb projects in Manchester and are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join them to work on this site.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.
You will be reporting into a Site Manager and your responsibilities will include:
The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
Monitoring the quality of work
Liaising with the client
Programming works
Ordering materials
Experience needed:
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.
You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
The salary on offer is £36k (depending on experience) plus package
