A leading building services provider is looking for an AC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a mobile basis looking after commercial buildings in the Kent & South East London areas. Our client offers One Hour Travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)
Working as an AC engineer you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the landlord plant, ensuring the site's HVAC and mechanical systems operate efficiently.
The role:
To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment
Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components
Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units
Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc
Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times Package & Benefits:
Up to £55,000 per annum
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
1 Hour Travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)
23 days holiday + bank holidays
