Business Support Investigator - Witney - Oxfordshire - On site

Peopleforce Recruitment are delighted to be supporting the search of one of our long-standing pharmaceutical / healthcare partners. We are searching for a business support investigator to monitor customer complaints to identify patterns, investigate potential issues, and raise concerns when product or process problems may exist.

Key Responsibilities

* Review complaint data to identify trends and recurring issues.

* Investigate trends using available data and information.

* Escalate findings when trends suggest potential product or process problems.

* Work with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback and guidance.

* Complete required training before performing tracking and trending activities.

* Follow established procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS).

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Hours:

Monday - Friday

On site in Witney

12 month contract
