Plumber

We are currently looking for a Plumber in the Long Eaton area to work for a well established Housing Association. You'll work across tenanted domestic properties, becoming part of a reliable team with consistent work and excellent long-term career prospects.

I would like to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Domestic Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Property Maintenance Operative (Plumbing bias) before.

As a Plumber you will be:

All aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
Repairing and replacing taps, sinks and all relevent kitchen appliances
Diagnosing and fixing leaks and blockages
Carrying out plumbing installations in kitchens
Undertaking basic multi-trade work where required
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and complies with regulations
Working safely in occupied and void properties
Recording completed work accurately
We'd love to speak to anyone who has:Their own van
Holds a qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent)
Their own tools
Previous domestic plumbing and maintenance experience
Experience working on kitchensinstallations (desirable)

The Plumber role is offering:

£23.10 per hour
Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Local work, minimum travel
On-going work
Immediate startLocation and travel
All properties are located within the Long Eaton area.
