We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchised main dealership in Worthing, West Sussex, for a dedicated Vehicle Technician. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with a four-day working week and excellent earning potential in a professional environment. Our client values skilled and motivated technicians, providing ongoing training and opportunities for career progression.

Competitive basic salary of around £33,000, with an OTE of approximately £36,000
Four-day working week, 7am to 6.30pm, with Thursdays off

Carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
Ensuring high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction
Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Maintaining detailed records of all work completed
Adhering to health and safety standards and dealership policies
Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet dealership targetsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Semi-Skilled Technician within a franchised dealership or independent garage
Full UK driving licence
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
MOT licence is preferred but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
