Your Role:

As our Customer Service Administrator, you will be the friendly face of our organisation, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all interactions are documented.
Resolving customer issues with a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Assisting with the onboarding of new customers and guiding them through our services.
