We are seeking a caring, patient and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a specialist KS4 SEMH provision in Speke. This rewarding role involves supporting students aged 14-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them build confidence, develop positive relationships and engage successfully in learning.

Supporting students aged 14-16 within the classroom and around the school.
Building strong relationships and promoting positive behaviour.
Assisting with learning activities and engagement.
Supporting students with emotional regulation and social development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and a calm, empathetic approach. A background in education, youth work, care, mentoring or similar support roles would be highly beneficial.

We are looking for someone who can provide consistent encouragement, build trusting relationships and support students through both academic and emotional challenges. Resilience, compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference are essential.
