Revit Engineer (Building Services / M&E) – Contract
Location: Central London (Hybrid Working – Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office)
Contract Type: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours per Day
Interlinx is seeking a skilled Revit Engineer to join our clients Design Team on a 3-month rolling contract basis. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multiple Building Services and M&E projects across critical infrastructure sectors, including works for National Grid and Heathrow Airport.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Central London office and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and maintain detailed Revit models for Building Services and M&E installations.
* Develop coordinated 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
* Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and coordinated project delivery.
* Generate drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from Revit models.
* Participate in design reviews, and coordination meetings.
* Support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and programme requirements.
* Ensure all modelling work complies with client specifications, industry standards, and project BIM execution plans.
Requirements
Essential
* Proven experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services or M&E environment.
* Experience producing detailed MEP models and associated drawings.
* Strong understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design delivery.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple projects.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Desirable
* Experience working on infrastructure, utilities, aviation, or regulated sector projects.
* Previous experience supporting projects for National Grid, Heathrow Airport, or similar high-profile clients.
Software Requirements
* It would be beneficial for candidates to have access to their own Autodesk Revit licence; however, a licence can be provided by the client if required.

* Monday to Friday, 8-hour working days.
* Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 3 office-based days per week in Central London.
