Are you ambitious and enjoy a challenge? Do you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service? This could be the role you have been looking for. CSS Recruitment & Training are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team based on site at our client’s premises in Boston.

THE ROLE:

* Attracting, interviewing, Inducting & Onboarding of new workers.

* Ensuring the customer’s staffing requirements are fully met.

* Managing a temporary workforce.

* Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports.

* Responsible for PPE distribution and management.

* Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool.

* Attending daily operational meetings.

* Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes.

* Rotating weekly shifts (early & afternoon)

* Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence.

STRENGTHS & ATTRIBUTES

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Self motivated & able to work on own initiative

* Ability to problem solve and work under pressure

* Well orginised with excellent attention to detail

* Excellent time management with a flexible approach to work

* Ability to liaise with management of all levels

* Reliability and a committed approach to work

* Committed to providing exceptional customer service

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT

* Experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage although training will be provided.

* Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage

* Good IT skills including Word/Excel & email
