Sales Advisor

The Opportunity
A fast-paced, customer-focused sales role where you’ll handle all incoming site-based enquiries, convert them into orders, and maximise revenue through smart product guidance and upselling. Ideal for someone commercially minded, confident on the phone, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all sales enquiries quickly and professionally across phone and email
* Advise customers on the best-fit products and packages
* Convert enquiries into confirmed orders with accurate pricing
* Identify upsell opportunities including complementary kit and longer hire terms
* Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
* Coordinate day-to-day hire requests ensuring product availability and smooth delivery
* Work with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time
* Record all details accurately to prevent queries and protect margin
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a sales or customer service role
* Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Highly organised and able to manage high enquiry volumes
* Comfortable using CRM and order-processing systems
