We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operation and play a key role in driving operational excellence, customer service, and business growth.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead a team across planning, procurement, logistics, and materials management, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products from supplier to customer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the supply chain function across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfilment.
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Optimise inventory, forecasting, capacity planning, and service performance.
Develop strong supplier relationships and ensure continuity of supply.
Manage logistics, warehousing, and international trade compliance activities.
Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.The successful Supply Chain Manager
Proven Supply Chain Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Experience leading S&OP, demand planning, and capacity planning processes.
SAP and ERP/MRP systems experience.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.On offer
Salary circa £55,000
Bonus scheme to 10%
33 days holiday, increasing with service
