Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

We have an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse experience is desirable, and any experience operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) would be a distinct advantage, although this is not essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:45pm (45-minute unpaid lunch break)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Loading and unloading deliveries
Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods
Preparing products for dispatch
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Carrying out stock checks and general warehouse duties
Assisting other departments when required
Operating an FLT where appropriate (if qualified)

Skills:

Previous warehouse experience preferred
FLT driving experience or a valid FLT licence is advantageous
Good attention to detail
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
