Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support our clients homelessness service.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:

Provide day-to-day support to residents with mental health needs to help them live independently.
Complete support plans and risk assessments.
Assist residents with practical tasks such as budgeting, tenancy management, and accessing benefits.
Promote social inclusion by encouraging engagement in community activities and services.
Work closely with mental health professionals, social workers, and external agencies to ensure coordinated support.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any safeguarding or welfare concerns promptly.Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

Enhanced DBS
