We are seeking a confident and proactive Behaviour Mentor / Corridor Walker to help maintain high standards of behaviour and support the smooth running of the school day.
Key Duties:
Visible presence on corridors and during transitions
Support students to meet behaviour expectations
De‑escalate low‑level disruption calmly and consistently
Build positive relationships with students
Work closely with pastoral staff and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, mentoring, pastoral support)
Calm, assertive and resilient approach to behaviour
Strong communication skills and confidence with teenagers
Passion for supporting young people to succeed
