Location: Slough

What You'll Do:

Customer Engagement: Prepare, review, and submit accurate customer quotations and proposals. Ensure timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Order Management: Administer customer order reports, issue pre-acquisition questionnaires, and provide vital product information to customers.
Compliance: Maintain global compliance standards for UK customers and escalate any necessary inquiries regarding sales outside the UK.
Smooth Operations: Proactively communicate with customers regarding order inquiries and logistical support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Performance Metrics: Adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify and follow up on low-value quotations.
Customer Complaints: Assist in managing customer complaints and ensure clear and accurate communication throughout the process.

General Duties:

Participate in sales meetings and provide relevant information or feedback.
Take on ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educated to GCSE or A-level standard, or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or related administrative roles.
Proficiency in ERP, CRM, or other business systems to manage transactions and customer data.

Skills We're Looking For:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to know when to escalate issues.
Active listening skills and a friendly telephone manner.
Team player with a growth mindset and time management abilities.
Commitment to continuous learning and development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SAP S4/HANA ERP system is preferred.
