CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a highly impressive SME business based in a prime location in Lymington. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial management of a small but thriving business. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the finance function in its entirety. The role will offer hybrid working with two days from home.
What will the Accounts Manager role involve?
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Manage and process employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees
Generate regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation for audits and reviews
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Manager vacancy:
Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record -keeping
Effective communication skills
Conversant with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word
