Handling member complaints & retention opportunities
Investigating issues thoroughly and working with internal teams to find quick, effective solutions
Keeping member records up to date and ensuring accurate service delivery
Supporting members with account activations and bookings
Collaborating with Business Development & Credit Control teams to streamline processes
