Labourer

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
Digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
Cleaning and preparing work sites.
Assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
Operating basic hand and power tools.
Following safety procedures and using protective equipment.
Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas.
Performing general maintenance and manual tasks as assigned.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Physical strength and stamina.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
Previous experience in manual labour is an advantage but not always required.Working Conditions:

Work may be performed indoors or outdoors.
Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive physical activity.
May involve working weekends, shifts, or overtime depending on project needs.

Purpose of the Role:
To provide manual support and assistance in carrying out operational, construction, maintenance, or production activities while ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace.
