Start Date: September 2026 (New Academic Year)
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive school in the Swansea area, starting at the beginning of the new school year in September.
The Role
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
⏰ Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 3:30pm
✅ No weekends!
✅ Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
Have a passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Be reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
