Job Overview
Senior Architect job in Galway, leading the delivery of complex projects across healthcare, education, residential and workplace sectors. This role is suited to a registered architect with strong technical and leadership skills, overseeing projects from concept through to completion within a BIM-led environment while managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead medium and large-scale project delivery

Provide design and technical leadership

Manage project teams across all stages

Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders

Maintain key client relationships

Support business development activities

Mentor junior team members

Oversee BIM Level 2 project delivery

Deliver projects using Revit workflows

Skills & Experience Required

RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect

8+ years post-qualification experience

Complex project delivery experience

Strong Revit and BIM knowledge

Technical and organisational skills

Leadership and team management abilities

Commercial awareness

Client-facing communication skills

Experience in Ireland or the UK

Multidisciplinary coordination experience

Salary & Benefits
Salary up to €80,000 depending on experience, flexible working arrangements, early finish on Fridays, pension scheme, VHI insurance, paid professional subscriptions, CPD support, Cycle to Work scheme, annual leave and social events.
