Job Title: SEND English Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and dedicated SEND English Teacher to join a progressive specialist education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons tailored to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Support the development of literacy, communication, and language skills across a range of abilities.
Create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes confidence and achievement.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support positive outcomes for students. Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with SEND learners is desirable.
Strong subject knowledge in English and a passion for literacy development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
