About us

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every care package is tailored to the individual, with a compassionate and skilled team built around their needs.

We live by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment.

Meet Our Client

We are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a young man in his 20s who lives at home with his family in Bawtry.

He enjoys sensory activities, listening to music, and watching his favourite colourful TV programmes, especially Minions. He thrives on routine and consistency and communicates through his expressions and behaviours, so we're looking for someone who is patient, observant, and caring.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide person-centred support with his daily routines, personal care, moving and handling, medication, and clinical care needs. You'll work as part of a 2:1 care team during the day, helping to create a safe, calm, and reassuring environment while supporting him to live comfortably at home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to build a positive relationship with both our client and his family while making a genuine difference every shift.

What You'll Need

We're looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants with:

* A minimum of 3 months' care experience

* Confidence with medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling

* Good communication skills and a person-centred approach

* A full UK driving licence

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly pay

* Regular, confirmed rotas with flexible scheduling

* Reward & recognition programme

* 24/7 support from our dedicated team

* Funded clinical training and career development

Our funded training, including clinical skills, is provided free of charge; however, attendance is unpaid.

Additional Information

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, clients may request male or female staff depending on their care needs.

Our client has specifically requested female Healthcare Assistants to join their care team.

This isn't just a job – it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.
