Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Boston from September 2026. This long-term opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping young learners reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, high-quality lessons in Key Stage 1, supporting pupils aged 5–7 through a crucial stage of their educational journey. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher you will:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
Strong understanding of the KS1 national curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
A passion for supporting young learners
