Swansea | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE | 9am-5pm | Monday to Friday

Introduction

Acorn By Synergie are currently looking for an experienced team lead to work at one of our well-established clients in the Swansea area.

The Warehouse Lead is required to ensure that all the Warehousing and Stock Control processes within the company are co-ordinated, controlled and working to their optimum level within the constraints of the Quality Management System established to ISO 13485 (current). This will be achieved through the development, configuration and optimisation of the flow of work within the facility through accurate planning and allocation of resource.

Key Duties

Maintain accurate Finished Goods and Raw Material stock levels within the warehouse.
Work in conjunction with Manufacturing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and others within Operations to ensure that all required resource is available in a timely manner to allow the completion of both Production and customer demand.
Liaise with QA and other interested departments to solve problems when they arise and implement processes to ensure that they do not re-occur.
Promote the correct completion and use of all control documents and devices throughout the Warehouse and Stock Control process (MDHRs, Syspro MMS and Op Times etc).
* Maintain an accurate record of all completed work through the correct completion of all MDHRs required.
Identify, develop and promote companywide best practice, innovation and routines to improve run rates and the quality of output.
Work with QA towards the ongoing development and review of process related BOMs, SOPs, QPs and training systems.
Investigate operational problems and help develop solutions in conjunction with Operations Manager, Production Manager and QA.
As part of the Operations team; set, review and maintain Operational KPIs.
Supervise and motivate all Warehouse colleagues, ensuring their performance and behaviours align with company policies and goals.

Requirements

Strong leadership qualities.
Proven Warehouse experience.
Electronic Warehouse Management systems experience (preferable).
Team building skills.
Attention to detail.
Good literacy and numeracy.
Computer literacy with all aspects of Microsoft and familiar with stock control software ERP experience essential.
Good communication skills at all levels.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.

What We Offer

£30,000 - £35,000 DOE.
Monday to Friday.
9am-5pm.
