Working Supervisor (Joinery Background) – Worcester City Centre

LG Project Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Supervisor with a Joinery background for a prestigious high-end CAT A & CAT B office fit-out project in Worcester City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established fit-out contractor on a flagship commercial project, with work expected to last 10–12 weeks.

Job Details

* Location: Worcester City Centre

* Start Date: 6th July

* Duration: 10–12 Weeks

* Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)

* Rate: £240 – £270 per day (depending on experience)

* Free on-site parking available

Scope of Works

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations whilst remaining hands-on when required. The project consists of a high-specification CAT A and CAT B office fit-out, so previous experience delivering commercial office environments to a high standard is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Day-to-day supervision of subcontractors and direct labour

* Monitoring site progress and quality of workmanship

* Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme requirements

* Liaising with site management and project teams

* Assisting with joinery and fit-out works when required

* Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

Requirements

* Significant CAT A & CAT B office fit-out experience

* Strong joinery background

* Previous experience working as a Working Supervisor or Site Supervisor

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* CSCS Card

* SSSTS

* First Aid at Work
