A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Provision Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Newham. This full-time, long-term position is available for a September start and offers a competitive daily rate of £95 to £120, depending on experience. The Role - SEN Provision Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Provision Teaching Assistant, you will be working within a specialist provision supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities. You will provide both 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual targets.

The role will involve supporting pupils with personal care, implementing tailored learning programmes, assisting with therapeutic and sensory activities, and promoting positive behaviour throughout the school day. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure pupils receive the highest standard of care and education.

The successful candidate will be patient, resilient, and proactive, with a genuine passion for SEND.
