- Work with small, supportive groups of students with SEN- Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with ASD
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal growth of students with diverse needs
Willingness to collaborate with the teaching team and contribute to the overall success of the school Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in education, special needs, or a related field
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continuously improve your skills
