Identity Architect (Entra/Sailpoint/CyberArk) - CONTRACT

£600 - £700 p/d (Umbrella/Inside IR35 due to LTD ban)

Predominantly remote with occasional travel to the East Midlands

We are supporting a major enterprise customer undergoing a significant identity transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Identity Consultant to provide strategic guidance, architecture expertise, and hands-on delivery support across a complex identity landscape. This is a high-profile engagement focused primarily on Microsoft identity technologies, with broader exposure to SailPoint, CyberArk and enterprise IAM platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice, guidance and delivery expertise across identity and access management services.

• Augment and support existing identity teams.

• Align identity capabilities with business strategy and help shape transformation roadmaps.

• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations.

• Define and optimise enterprise identity architectures.

• Create capability maps and target-state architectures.

• Support the creation and alignment of identity transformation programmes.

• Establish and improve application ownership and governance models.

• Define and enhance application onboarding processes.

• Drive architecture optimisation and IAM best practice across the estate.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, architecture and business stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background delivering enterprise Identity and Access Management programmes.

• Deep understanding of Microsoft identity technologies including:

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Active Directory

  • Conditional Access

  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

  • Identity Governance

• Experience with one or more leading IAM platforms:

  • SailPoint

  • CyberArk

  • Saviynt

  • Okta

  • Ping Identity

• Experience defining IAM architectures and operating models.

• Knowledge of application onboarding, RBAC and identity governance processes.

• Ability to operate across both strategy and delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
