Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a highly regarded, oversubscribed all-through school (ages 4–16) in Southampton to recruit a passionate and skilled Design Technology Teacher. The Role

As a Design Technology Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and high-quality DT lessons across Key Stages (ideally KS3–KS4)
Inspire students to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise
Contribute to a well-planned and ambitious curriculum
Support students of all abilities, including those with additional needs
Play an active role in the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who:

Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience teaching Design Technology (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for DT
Can create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Is committed to high standards of teaching and student achievement
Works collaboratively as part of a team
