Product Manager

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Product Manager on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading business with an international presence that continues to grow.

Reporting to the Marketing Director youll manage the full product lifecycle-developing launching and optimising products in line with strategy budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead product launches from concept to completion

· Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy

· Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning

· Support with brochures packaging and POS material

· Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements

· Provide product briefs training and demos

· Monitor margins pricing and product performance

· Handle sample coordination QC issues and NAV/web updates

· Oversee range rationalisation and bespoke product development

Requirements

* · Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills

* · Excellent project management and communication skills

* · Experience in a similar product management role

* · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
