We are currently looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join us and help keep our customers moving safely.
Job Title: Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester
Location: Ensbury Park, Bournemouth
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Plus Bonuses
Term: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and testing a wide variety of vehicles. Your day-to-day will include:
*
Performing VOSA/DVSA MOT tests in accordance with safety standards.
*
Conducting routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
*
Utilizing diagnostic equipment to identify and fix complex faults (electrical and mechanical).
*
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
*
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
What We Are Looking For
*
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
*
MOT License: A valid, current DVSA MOT Testing License (Class 4 and 7 preferred).
*
Experience: Proven experience working as a technician in a busy workshop environment.
*
Skills: Strong diagnostic skills and a sharp eye for detail.
*
License: A full, valid UK driving license.
*
Attitude: A team player with great communication skills and a passion for cars.
