We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy automotive centre located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

42.5-hour working week: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30 am - 4:00 pmDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Carry out mechanical servicing and repairs on cars and light vans in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
Assist in diagnostics and fault finding as required
Maintain detailed records of services, repairs, and parts used
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members
Support the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation
Maintain the workshop and tools to a high standard of cleanliness and safety as a Vehicle TechnicianRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
Practical experience in an automotive workshop environment beyond a qualification preferred
Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
