The Role

Vision for Education are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join this welcoming school for the Autumn Term. This is a full-time opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working in a supportive, community-focused school and is passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective teaching to a Year 3 class, maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity for pupils.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support learning
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support all learners
Communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
Be enthusiastic, organised and committed to high standards of teaching and learning

Salary

£140 to £232 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
