Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of our fantastic client based in Mansfield.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and manage customer orders through the company's management information systems.

* Coordinate digital print, fulfilment and distribution projects from initial brief through to completion.

* Liaise with internal departments including production, warehousing, logistics and account management to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Monitor project progress and proactively manage deadlines to ensure customer requirements are met.

* Prepare and maintain accurate job records, schedules and documentation.

* Track stock levels and assist with inventory management where required.

* Arrange and coordinate deliveries, dispatches and distribution activities.

* Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, schedules and requirements.

* Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, escalating concerns where appropriate.

* Ensure all work is processed in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and customer specifications.

* Produce reports and update management information systems with accurate and timely information.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

* Assist with forecasting workload requirements and prioritising jobs to maximise operational effectiveness.

* Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality and service delivery.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Requirements

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Analytical approach with effective problem-solving abilities.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Customer-focused and commercially aware.

* Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.

* Strong team-working skills.

* Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems.

* Experience within production control or project coordination.

* Knowledge of warehousing, fulfilment or distribution operations.

* Understanding of digital print or lithographic print processes.

* Experience using Microsoft Excel and management information systems.

* Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, print or agency environment
