An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing and award winning organisation based near Brentwood. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead a small team and play a key role in delivering a people strategy that supports business growth and performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a team focused department, and would suit someone who enjoys strategic thinking, and working closely with leaders across the group.

Salary between £60-65k

Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring the team are high performing and focused on the customer
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies and initiatives that support growth
Lead on complex ER matters including organisation change, restructures and consultations
Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with up to date UK employment legislation
Support with recruitment and talent management, and workforce planning activities as well as rewards and benefit framework
Use HR data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvementSkills & Experience
Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confidence to stop issues early and work strategically
Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
Track record of influencing senior stakeholders
Experience leading and developing HR teams
