Personal Assistant to The Chairman
Wolverhampton
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8-hour day shifts)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Director and help ensure the smooth running of daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, maintaining confidential information, and providing high-quality administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and draft documents, contracts, correspondence, and reports
Organise, maintain, and update company files and documentation
Conduct research and gather relevant information as required
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and telephone calls
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Director
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Assist with office administration and support wider business operations when required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
Professional and confident manner with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures would be advantageous but is not essential
