We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join one of our friendly and supportive nursery teams in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to work in a setting where staff are truly valued.

You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, helping them feel safe, confident and excited to learn each day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on children's interests
Observe, assess and record children's progress using learning journeys
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Ensure children's safety, wellbeing and safeguarding at all times
Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment
Work effectively as part of a supportive team

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
A warm, caring and patient nature
Strong communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
