MIG/TIG Welder | Wimborne | Up to £17 per hour

A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a professional, multi-bay welding facility, with the opportunity to add gas brazing to your skillset on the job.
As a MIG/TIG Welder, you will benefit from:
Permanent employment, with temp-to-perm available for the right candidate
Fully supported, on-the-job training in gas brazing techniques
The chance to broaden your welding capabilities in a structured facility environment
Consistent, methodical work that rewards precision and attention to detail
4 day working week (Monday-Thursday), overtime available on Fridays.
As a MIG/TIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
Performing MIG welding across a range of structural assemblies
Carrying out TIG welding work as required
Developing gas brazing techniques, including work on centre tube structures
Maintaining cosmetic quality standards across all completed work
Working methodically and accurately to meet production schedules
As a MIG/TIG Welder, your experience will include:
Proven MIG and TIG welding capability, ideally within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Experience working with mild steel materials
A track record of producing cosmetic quality finishes
Ability to work with precision on repetitive, detail-focused tasks
A genuine willingness to develop additional welding skills, including gas brazing
