Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics and warehousing operation for a Stock Controller / Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team in Newark.
* Monday to Friday
* £13ph - £14ph
* Temp-perm
Key Responsibilities
· Managing inbound and outbound bookings through the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
· Maintaining accurate stock records and investigating discrepancies
· Producing and processing warehouse documentation
· Monitoring customer stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy
· Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
· Supporting the day-to-day administration of warehouse operations
· Ensuring customer requirements and operational deadlines are met
· Assisting with stock reconciliations and reporting
Requirements
· Previous experience within stock control, warehouse administration or logistics administration
· Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience within a warehousing or logistics environment is highly desirable
