We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our reputable client's dealership in Wimbledon, London. Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
Utilise advanced diagnostic tools to resolve complex vehicle issues
Mentor and support less experienced technicians to improve team performance
Maintain high safety, quality, and professionalism standards within the workshop
Complete all reports, documentation, and warranty claims accurately
Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and industry techniques
Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionRequirements:
Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience working in a main dealership environment with strong diagnostic and repair skills
Competence in electrical and mechanical systems, including EV and hybrid technology (preferred)
Strong mentoring skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
