Support Worker - Mably House
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £12,531 per annum / £13.77 per hour
Hours: Part-time (17.5 hours per week)
Join our homeless supported living service supporting 35 residents in self-contained flats, empowering them to build independence and move on within 24 months.
The role:
Provide person-centred support with care, respect and openness
Develop and review support plans, risk assessments and PEEPs
Promote independence through life skills and regular 1:1 sessions
Support with tenancies, finances and benefit applications
Carry out welfare checks and respond to safeguarding concerns
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
Maintain accurate, confidential records with accountabilityShifts: 9am-2pm
About you:
Experience in care or support
Compassionate, reliable and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
Able to communicate effectively and adapt to individual needs
Committed to inclusive, person-centred support and doing the right thing
Works well independently and as part of a teamA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
