About the Role
Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, supporting pupils' academic progress, and fostering their social and emotional development. You will work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders to ensure all pupils receive the support and challenge they need to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents' evenings and school events.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or equivalent.
Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
Is committed to high expectations and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
