TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in Torquay that is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. The school promotes a strong sense of community and places great importance on nurturing confident, independent learners through engaging and meaningful educational experiences.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start available. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining excellent classroom management and supporting the progress of all pupils, with experience of supporting children with SEND being beneficial but not essential. Driving is preferred but not essential for this Primary Teacher position.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching and learning
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is preferred but not essential
