Managing a varied caseload of private client matters with autonomy over your own files
Drafting Wills
Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Handling Estate Administration and Probate
Advising on Trusts and estate planning
Delivering high-quality legal services with excellent client care
Working closely with an experienced and collaborative teamRequirements of the Private Client Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Wills and Probate work, or equivalent experience
Proven experience handling a range of Wills & Probate matters
Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative culture
A proactive mindset committed to delivering high-quality legal services
