This role will focus on designing standardised telephony solutions, supporting global deployment strategies, and translating technical capabilities into clear business value.

Requirements for Unified Communications Specialist role:

. Experience designing deployment blueprints with simple to medium complexity
. Ability to create and structure technology surveys to assess current telephony usage across sites
. Strong understanding of blueprint matching and identifying relevant standard solutions
. Experience building business case templates for technology adoption (benefits, costs, value)
. Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language
. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and integrations
. Knowledge of global standardisation strategies across multiple regions
. Experience with TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculations
. Experience working across international environments (eg Brazil, India)
. Experience with network providers such as Orange is a plus
