• Hybrid to Edinburgh or Glasgow

We're seeking a Service Designer to support a high-profile transformation programme, shaping end-to-end services that deliver real value to users. You'll play a key role in improving customer journeys, aligning business processes, and embedding user-centred design.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Service Design within digital or transformation programmes
• Proven ability to create journey maps, service blueprints and design artefacts
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Background in public sector or regulated environments (desirable)
