We are currently looking for an experienced Document Controller to join a busy construction team delivering high-profile projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in managing technical documentation and working across multiple Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

You will play a critical role in ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and managed in line with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

* Upload, track, and distribute documents using various EDMS platforms

* Ensure documents are correctly filed, named, and version-controlled

* Liaise with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

* Monitor document workflows, approvals, and deadlines

* Produce reports on document status and progress

* Ensure compliance with QA procedures and document control standards

* Maintain registers for drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions

Requirements

* ✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry

* ✅ Proven experience working with multiple EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects, etc.)

* ✅ Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures

* ✅ High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

* ✅ Strong communication skills and team collaboration
